I am Shadir Bughari. I am a dentist with MDS qualification and a food blogger with no specific qualifications but the love of good food and the DNA of a famous hotelier running through my being.
My grandfather was a well known hotelier in Chennai.
I relish good food and can tell what exactly is lacking or too much in any dish that is not up to the mark.
The only thing I like better than eating good food, is talking about food.
